The mission of HJIFEP is to protect and regenerate the health of the environment, thereby enhancing the well-being of humanity and all life on Earth.
HJIFEP identifies environmental threats and their causes, conducts research on ways to solve environmental problems either directly or through partnering entities, and coordinates the implementation of best solutions in areas of the world facing environmental challenges. Using technological concepts derived from both conventional science and what is considered new paradigm science, HJIFEP facilitates the creation of what we call hybrid technology to produce highly effective solutions. To ensure a lasting beautiful environment on the Earth, these solutions should be used based on the principles of interdependence, mutual prosperity, and universally shared values.
One of the best means that HJIFEP has to help build such a world is advocating an understanding of the originally intended relationships between human beings and nature. Science and technology can address many specific problems but that alone cannot address the mentality people have towards nature that allows and propagates the abuse of the environment.

“God creates using a circular principle that allows all creatures to exist and have permanence ... We must act in harmony with God's original dream for our planet. We would be free of pollution today if we followed God's circular principle and the orderly flow in nature by which God created.”
